Collider Ventures, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Interview Prepped mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our app or services.
By using Interview Prepped, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform or cease using it immediately.
When you sign in using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier. We do not receive or store your Apple or Google password.
When you practice interview answers, the app records your voice using your device's microphone. These audio recordings are uploaded to our cloud servers for transcription and AI-powered analysis. Recordings are stored temporarily for processing and are not shared with third parties. The transcription and analysis may be stored longer in connection with your account.
If you enable body language analysis, the app accesses your device's camera. Video data from the camera is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party.
You may enter job descriptions, job titles, company names, and other role-related information to help generate tailored interview questions. This data is stored in our cloud database to provide personalized sessions.
You may enter or upload profile information, résumés, educational experience, work experience, job qualifications, certifications, cover letters, and the like for feedback or to help the Platform provide feedback and model interview answers. Any information you enter or upload to the Platform is stored in our cloud database to provide personalized feedback, analysis, and recommendations.
We collect information about how you use the Platform, including session history, feature interactions, and app performance metrics. This helps us improve the service.
When you make in-app purchases (subscriptions or credit packs), the transaction is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive a purchase confirmation and receipt but do not have access to your payment card details.
If you opt in to receive push notifications, we store a device token to send you relevant notifications such as practice reminders.
Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure through Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions). We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your information.
While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Your data is processed solely to provide the service and is not used to train AI models. Audio recordings and personal content are not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
We retain your account data and session history for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. When you delete your account, all your personal data — including audio recordings, session history, and profile information — is permanently deleted from our servers immediately.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data on the following legal bases: your consent, the performance of our contract with you (providing the service), and our legitimate interests in improving the app. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us at support@interviewprepped.app.
Interview Prepped is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will investigate and delete any such information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending you a notification. Your continued use of Interview Prepped after changes are made or posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
